The tiny cat ears are about 7/8" tall and 1-1/8" wide, while the tiny pony ears are about 1-1/16" tall and 1" wide. They come with black, white or clear elastic. Feel free to request one of these elastic colors in the Notes or Instructions box during checkout--we'll send it to you if we have it; otherwise, we'll send the closest available option.
